Delivery Days

Order by 3pm for next day delivery, you can also name a day for delivery for advance bookings. All our bouquets are delivered before 12pm. Should your bouquet be a gift, we’ll send you a photograph on completion of delivery.

If the recipient isn't home, we will try a neighbour or leave the flowers in a safe space.

Delivery Charges

We deliver up-to 15 miles from Marden, TN12 9GN. Our delivery charges are:

  • TN12: FREE
  • TN1, TN2, TN3, TN4, TN9, TN10, TN11,TN17, TN18, ME6, ME14, ME15, ME16, ME17, ME18, ME19: £7.50

You can place an order online and select to collect the order.  When ordering please specify morning or afternoon collection.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How will my flowers arrive?

    The JW Floristry team will deliver your flowers, free of delivery charge, in one of our vans to the address of your choice. Your bouquet will be hand tied with ribbon, aqua wrapped with a paper trim, flower food and presented in JW Floristry box. Any delivery postcode not covered by the local JW Floristry delivery team will be charged a set price at the checkout.

  • What steps should I take to care for my flowers?

    When you receive your flowers, as soon as you can, carefully snip over the wrapping, cut the stems at an angel and put them into a vase of fresh water. Add your flower food which is included in the bouquet. We would recommend keeping the bouquet tied together as the tie will hold the design in place. A cool place out of sunlight and fresh water every few days will help keep your flowers alive for longer.

  • How long will my flowers last?

    Provided you follow our care instructions, we guarantee our flower bouquets will last a minimum of five days from delivery, with years of feedback stating JW Floristry flowers usually last for two weeks.

  • Will my bouquet look exactly like the picture?

    Each photograph is labelled with its size. Please refer to the dimensions of different sizes in the description of each bouquet. You’re welcome to choose a bouquet we have featured or if you’d prefer to hand the reigns over to us, we can design a bespoke bouquet for you using any specific colours or flowers you’d like us to include.

    If a flower within a photograph is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute this for a flower of the same value and in a similar colour. Please note as with all natural products, slight variances in colour can occur at different times of the year.

  • Can I place a same-day delivery?

    To keep the quality of our flowers to its very best, we don’t hold flowers on site. All JW Floristry flowers are bought to order the day before they’re delivered to you. We do however offer next-day delivery when ordering before 3 pm.
